Introduction:

As you all know the stock antenna that comes with the focus is something less than desireable. It is long, clunky looking and looks very odd on a car with so many sleek round lines as the focus has. This antenna will solve all of that. Upon opening the box, I compared it with the stock antenna, the new one is about 1/4 of its size.

Installation:

Total Time <5 Minutes

Installation was very easy, pretty much all you have to do is unscrew the old antenna in an counterclockwise fashion. When its off, take the new one and start to screw it on in a clockwise fashion, make sure it threads correctly (To insure you do not cross thread it). You will know its all set when you are unable to turn it anymore, and the base of the antenna is flush with the  antenna mount.

Comments about Performance:

This antenna works very well, but as like many shorty antenna's the length of it will affect reception in remote areas. It wasn't too bad, and I would take that any day over a 3' long stock antenna. And like most of us we listen to Cds, or our Satelite Radio
